Originally from Argentina, before joining Keyrock José pursued a career as a software engineer and team leader. In Keyrock, thanks to his inquisitive mind, relentless focus on excellence and great interpersonal skills he first rose to Head of Infrastructure position and currently he holds the role of VP of Engineering. Unwinds in crossfit training and hosts fabulous "asados" - argentinian barbeques.

Francisco is a Financial Engineer and Data Scientist by training. His experience covers academic research collaboration with the Turing Institute and HKUST. He is a hackathons lover (won a couple) who transitioned from Matlab to R then to Python now to Rust. At Keyrock he works in the intersection between Financial Machine Learning and DeFi.

Before joining Keyrock, Eugen has led his own software development company in Ukraine, specializing in blockchain solutions, smart contracts & Dapps development. During that period, he also defended his PhD in Game Theory. Eugen was initially one of our senior Rust and algorithm developers. Working at the intersection of quantitative research and programming, currently leading cross-functional Derivatives development team. His professional interest and skillset revolves around trading systems architecture.

Marc is a Rust and algorithm developer, known in Keyrock's team for very innovative and fast-moving approaches. Passionate trader and knowledgeable digital assets early adopter himself, he has been one of the founding members and core creators of our algorithmic trading software. He is currently part of Keyrock's DeFI R&D division, where we test concept and approaches within DeFi space.

Jan's a USI and Zurich's ETH-educated Data Scientist who combines experience in trading with know-how on digital assets. He's been one of the first members on Keyrock's Business Intelligence team which had transformationally positive impact on our business operations.

Nicolas is one of Keyrock's most senior quantitative researchers. He has a long and successful career as a quant developer and trader in some of world's strongest financial institutions: BNP Paribas, Société Générale as well as trading and investment companies.

Thomas is a computer scientist by education and a trader by profession. After hours, you can see him at the twilight on his motorbike chasing the sunset. He joined Keyrock due to his significant passion and know-how on DeFi and digital assets. He is also currently a diligent student of Rust.

Michael is a Rust engineer who is involved in developing trading algorithms and systems in the derivatives team at Keyrock. The combination of his academic background in statistics and professional experience as a software engineer serves as a huge asset to working in the crypto trading industry. He is recognized within the team for his ability to think outside the box, question the status quo, and not leave any stone unturned in order to find the best solution to any given problem. Michael is currently based out of Singapore/Malaysia.

Christina represents Keyrock as a Lead of our low liquidity markets operations. She holds a PhD in Physics and Astronomy from Macquirie University in Australia. Christina travels passionately.

Keir’s strong quantitative foundation comes from his study of Physics. Before joining Keyrock he worked as a distributed systems data engineer for a digital bank. Fascinated by the potential of Rust for algorithmic trading, he spent his free time cultivating one of Rust’s leading open-source trading projects, Barter. He is currently part of Keyrock's Rust Algorithm & Engineering team.

Maxim is a Founder and CTO of Superchain Network building core Web3 infrastructure. He has 18 years experience and has worked on a number of blockchain projects since 2016: Hyperledger, Bitcoin, Stella and Ethereum. Previously, a Lead Engineer at an Innovation Lab in Finance.

Max will also deliver a workshop during the hackathon on the topic of Foundry - a reimplementation of dapp.tools, a command line application and smart contract libraries for the EVM - written entirely in Rust.
